JOSEPHINE LUI, AICI CIP is the Principal Trainer of FIRST IMAGE TRAINING SDN BHD, a corporate image training company and image school. She is also the Managing Consultant of IMAGINE IMAGE CONSULTANCY.

A professional image consultant, Josephine provides coaching to individuals and corporate training in business image, personal and professional presence, business protocol and communication skills. She was the President of AICI Malaysia (2014-2016) and was its VP Elect and Founding VP Education (2010-2014). Josephine represented Malaysia as one of the Panel of International Speakers at AICI 2010 Global Conference in Vancouver. In the same year, she was one of six international speakers at Business Network International World Conference in Malaysia. Josephine gained international recognition when she was awarded the AICI Global Excellence Award 2015 in Washington.

In association with AICI USA, Josephine graduated from internationally acclaimed image school, Academy Image Mastery in Hong Kong. She was personally coached by world-acclaimed Image Masters Lynn Henderson Marks and Christina Ong. Other mentors include Carla Mathis AICI, CIM founder of Body Beautiful, USA; Karen Brunger, AICI CIP, founder of Image Institute of Canada; Alyce Parsons, creator of Universal Styles and Jacqueline Whitmore, AICI CIP, Principal of School of Protocol and Etiquette Palm Beach, USA. A passionate, dynamic and engaging educator, Josephine is always fully committed to her clients’ success. She teaches a global standard of etiquette in accordance with core competencies of “IITTI”, Institute of Image Training and Testing International, Canada which offers a global certification in international image and etiquette for business applications.
