This programme will accelerate your progress with a comprehensive curriculum that will guide, train and support you from the very start of your career in image consulting. The entire programme leading to the ImageAsia® Professional Diploma comprises the following:
- ImageAsia® Image Essentials: 7-day full-time course
- ImageAsia® Advanced Practitioner: 5-day full-time course
The full 12-day programme will equip you with a solid foundation on the A to Z of image consulting – from appearance and business etiquette to communication and personal branding. You will be trained by two of the world’s 21 AICI Certified Image Masters, Christina Ong and Lynne Marks bringing you over 60 years of combined experience. The Image Essentials 7-Day Course
(Module 1 of ImageAsia® Programme)
This exceptional course on image management focuses on the appearance aspects of a person’s visual image. It covers the technical, psychological and interpersonal skills you will need to master individual consultations and small-group workshops.
You will learn the international best practices for client consultation techniques on personal colour and style design, using innovative tools, client-ready templates and proven processes to work effectively with individual clients and in small group settings.
From colour and bodyline analysis to style recommendations with shopping tips, wardrobe strategies, menswear, personal makeovers and more, you will master the principles of design essential for enhancing the appearance aspects of personal branding for yourself and your clients.
This programme will set you apart in your expertise for individual client consultations and small group workshops. Graduates will be able to start client consultations for men and women within 30-days of course completion. This course will equip you with a solid foundation to grow a successful image consulting business as you gain confidence in creating a visible difference with clients.

Unique to the ImageAsia® programme is the ColourSmart™ system. This colour system caters to a diverse range of personal colours, with a specific emphasis on Asian skin tones. There is no other colour system as easy to use. Yet, as you gain experience, the ColourSmart system grows with you because it enables consultants to provide semi-customised colour recommendations for your clients.
A highly rated segment of this course is AIM’s Personal Transformation Day. Students get to reinvent themselves as a confident image consultant with a signature style discovery process supported by a team of professional hair and makeup experts. Graduates repeatedly comment that this hands-on learning experience was life-transforming!
Course delivery: mini-lectures, demonstration, interactive learner activities, case-study group discussions and a case client practicum. Course fee includes image consulting supplies and tools including a comprehensive 160+page guidebook, ColourSmart™ drape set starter kit, personal colour wallet, rights to reproduce client-ready templates, hair and makeup makeovers plus eight weeks of group e-coaching.
Upon satisfactory completion of this course, students receive the Academy of Image Mastery’s Image Essentials Certification of Completion. In addition, students will earn AICI Continuing Education Units that support their international professional certification with the Association of Image Consultants International.
Plus, students who complete the full 12-day programme (module 1 Image Essentials & module 2 Advanced Practitioner courses) merit the ImageAsia Professional Diploma.
Graduates of this course will receive on-going support through AIM’s exclusive Facebook Master Group.
