Abigail Cheong, AICI CIP, brings over 16 years of experience in image consulting, corporate training, and customer engagement. As a Certified Image Professional (CIP) accredited by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI)—a distinction held by fewer than 130 professionals worldwide—she embodies the commitment to global industry standards in image education and personal branding.

Drawing from her experience working with multinational corporations, SMEs, government agencies, and educational institutions, Abigail brings real-world insights and client-servicing expertise to AIM students, ensuring their learning is practical and focused on client benefits.

A driving force in AICI’s global leadership, Abigail served as a Board Director for AICI Singapore (2015–2020), actively shaping industry best practices and professional standards. Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her diverse qualifications, including certifications in Applied Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (MNLP), and Adult Education (ACTA).

Under the guidance of some of the industry’s most respected trainers, including Asia’s first AICI CIM, Christina Ong, Abigail refined her expertise in colour analysis, personal style, and the psychology of dressing with impact.
